– Next Day Delivery: Orders must be received by midday Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery in London. (Flowers will be delivered anytime between 9 am – 6 pm).
– Pre Ordered Deliveries: These will be delivered on the requested date between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm. Delivery charges (applied at the purchase stage) vary depending on the postcode area.
On delivery of an order, if the recipient is not at home, we will aim to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. If unsuccessfully delivered the flowers will be returned to the Grandirosa shop and we will contact the buyer at the number provided.
Flowers can be collected from the Marylebone shop either by ordering online via our webshop or pre-ordering by telephone or email. Confirmation of order will be required on collection.
All fresh flower sales are final.
As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted if the issue was raised to us within 24 hours of delivery or damage was caused to the bouquet during shipping.
Returns will not be accepted for:
– Flower arrangements that differ slightly from their image online, or have substitute flowers and foliage in them. Due to seasonality, this may occur from time to time.
– Not caring for the flowers correctly. I.e. not cutting stems or changing water.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This does not apply to fresh flowers, which can’t be returned. If there is an issue with your flowers, please notify us along with a photo of the flowers within 24 hours of receipt. We will review the situation and be in touch within 1 working day.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not offer a refund on purchased gift cards.
If you are unable to attend your purchased place on one of our workshop courses please advise us no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the workshop. We will endeavour to move you to another date if that is possible at our discretion.
We are unable to provide a refund or reschedule your spot if you notify us less than 48 hours from the workshop date.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
