Barley and Hops at the Guinness Storehouse

Created in collaboration with Dalziel & Pow for the award-winning Guinness Storehouse Ingredients Experience in Dublin, this large-scale immersive installation brought visitors into the living landscape behind Guinness's four natural ingredients.
Working with harvested Irish barley and fresh hops sourced directly from County Laois, Grandirosa led the harvesting, handling, bundling and installation of a living barley field within the Guinness Storehouse - transforming the space into a sensory environment inspired by rural Ireland and the agricultural origins of Guinness itself.
